Important: Registration fee includes conference kit, access to all sessions, lunch & refreshments for all days, and conference proceedings. At least one author must register at full rate for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Additional pages beyond 6 are charged separately. Payment details will be shared upon paper acceptance.
Author Guidelines

Paper Submission

Prepare your manuscript according to conference standards. All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Paper Format

Use the official conference paper template (single-column format). Templates available for download on the conference website.

Page Limit

Each manuscript should be a maximum of 7–8 pages in single-column format.

Double-Blind Review

Submissions must be anonymized — remove all author identifiers, affiliations, and self-referencing links before submission.

Submission Portal

Papers to be submitted via Microsoft CMT. Portal link will be available on www.ic4ai.in.

Plagiarism Policy

Similarity index must be below 10% as checked by IEEE CrossCheck/iThenticate. Papers exceeding this threshold will be desk-rejected.

Conference Proceedings

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the Conference proceedings, subject to quality standards.

Language

All papers must be written in English. Non-native English speakers are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally proofread.
